Advantage 1 follows both ASHI's and the New Jersey State code of ethics N.J.A.C. 13:40-15 which prohibits Licensed Home Inspectors from soliciting any repair work or offering any repair cost figures on properties they inspect. This assures that there will never be any conflict of interest on the part of the inspector.
Simply put, prohibited or not, Advantage 1's only purpose is to provide YOU with an unbiased and objective report on the condition of the home YOU hope to purchase.
